D-RATS 0.3.0 release contains the following high-level changes over 0.2.x:

• Completely redesigned UI
  • Messaging - interface resembles a standard email client while retaining rich structured form capabilities
  • File Transfers - interface resembles a typical two-pane FTP client showing the remote and local file lists, allowing uploads and downloads
  • Chat - QST and Quick Message editing has been integrated to streamline the process and eliminate the need to open additional dialogs
  • Event Log - Superior event capture and logging for recording file and form transfers, station status and position reports
  • Stations - Presence support for station availability and easy context-aware station actions
• Rich map overlay support including dynamic sources such as NBDC Buoy and NWIS River status
• Multi-port operation allowing connection of multiple radios for availability, band agility, etc
• KISS TNC support to bridge non-D-STAR stations into the D-RATS network layer
• Automated message routing for unattended forwarding stations
• Arbitrary file attachments to messages
